Conversion rate is a multiplier on every dollar you will ever spend on traffic. Doubling traffic on a site that converts at one percent is the most expensive possible way to add a handful of calls.
It is also the only part of the system a competitor cannot outbid you on. Nobody can buy your estimate-request rate away from you.
The work is unglamorous: find where interested homeowners stop, and remove the reason. Usually it is a form, a phone step, a missing price signal, or a follow-up gap measured in hours.

- Often not for classic A/B testing, which is why we sequence structural fixes and read them against pre/post windows and qualitative evidence rather than pretending to statistical significance we do not have.
- Will shorter forms hurt lead quality?
- Quality comes from qualification, not from friction. We move qualifying questions after the commitment point instead of using them as a gate.
- Can you do this without rebuilding the site?
- Yes. Most first-round wins are changes to existing pages, forms and follow-up. A rebuild is only warranted when the platform itself is the constraint.
